| Misr Consulting Engineers (MCE) is an Egyptian multidisciplinary consulting engineering firm established in Egypt since 1975. The firm used to maintain branch offices in Sultanate of Oman, the United Arab Emirates, and Islamic Republic of Mauritania. Now MCE has a registered and working branch office in the Republic of Yemen. The company is a joint stock company, privately owned. MCE fields of specialization include Environment, Urban Planning, Tourism, Health, Energy and Industry, Transportation, Irrigation and Agriculture, and General Building. The firm is structured so as to ensure fast and efficient response to technical and managerial problems and to procure the most efficient experienced staff in addition to upgrade the staff capabilities to meet the up-to-date technologies in all fields. This is in addition to adoption of the latest technologies/ systems enabling its technical staff to provide better and more effective services. In fact MCE has always been eager to acquire the latest computer hardware and software, laboratory and survey equipment, and is proudly providing the best working atmosphere in its headquarters building owned and designed by the company. The company is a member of the Federation of Consultants from Islamic Countries (FCIC), the Federation of African Consultants (FECA), and the International Federation of Consulting Engineers (FIDIC) being a member of the Egyptian Society for Consulting Engineers (ESCONE). MCE is also registered as a multidisciplinary consultant at the World Bank, the United States Agency for International Development (USAID), the Economic European Commission (EEC), Abu Dhabi Fund for Arab Economic Development and the Arab Fund for Economic and Social Development and many regional and international funding agencies.
