The project lies over18000 m2, consisting of several buildings, the main building with 300 beds distributed over 6 wards, 25 rooms each of 8 persons capacity, 2 double rooms, 10 single rooms in addition to the relevant services. Also contains 12 operating theaters, 15 out-patient clinics, blood bank, labs, x-ray room, renal dialysis, Ambulance Unit, Emergency Unit, restaurants and pharmacies etc… Also it consists of Doctors Accommodation Building, Nurses Accommodation Building, incinerator and generators building. |

| Project Description |
The project is a World-Class Center for the treatment of liver diseases. it is also a stand-alone hospital with the following services : Diagnostic and therapeutic services for patients and Clinical teaching and research facilities for medical students. The Center is constructed on an area of 18,000 m2 on a land allocated for Cairo University at 6 the of October city . The Center includes 400 beds where 35 % of them (140 beds) will be allocated for non-paying patients and 65 % (260 beds) will be allocated for paying patients. The project consists of Main hospital building, Boilers building, Incinerator building, Transformers and stand-by generators, Main stores building, Mortuary building, Mosque, Ambulance car park, Staff and visitors car park, Green areas and landscaping. |

Al-Saeed and Lawder Hospitals contain in-patient department, operating theater, generators room and doctors accommodation. |
