Project Description |
* The storage complex is considered a part of Eastern Company industrial complex. * The total area allocated for stores is 220 000 m2. * The site comprises 12 tobacco stores. * Two models of stores have been made, small store –large store. * The project consists of 4 small stores (first phase) – 8 large stores (second phase). * The small store comprises a basement, a ground floor, first floor of dimensions 43 m x 190 m … The total surface area of the store buildings is 24510 m2. The large store comprises a basement, a ground floor, first floor of dimensions 43 m x 228 m. The total surface area of the store buildings is 29412 m2. * Customs stores department: It comprises an administrative building for customs employees, cafeteria, prayer place, dressing room, maintenance workshop that consists of a ground floor and first floor. There is a large water tank in the center of the building inside the internal playground of capacity 500 m2. |

Project Description |
The commercial press of Al-Ahram, located in Kaliub on Cairo/Alexandria Road over 16,500 sq. m. The total built area is approx. 22,000 sq. m. Comprising offset halls, photography, processing, etc., the press uses up-to-date technology and is considered one of the largest in the Middle East. |

The Consultant is to carry out the following: 1- A brief study for each project history giving the circumstances, the criteria, and the conditions prevailing during project implementation. 2- Design of a data collection format for each project 3- Data collection by field survey team, either during site visits to the project locations or during visits to the various authorities and governmental agencies. 4- Design of a data base to include all data recorded for each project, organized into specific fields to facilitate study and analysis of data collected. 5- Sorting, study and analysis of data collected according to preset criteria, statistical procedures will be implemented to compare data accumulated and evaluate their significance. 6- Evaluation of analysis results and presenting the required survey in a self explanatory manner. |

Project Description |
The Japan Bank for International Cooperation (JBIC) had employed Misr Consulting Engineers (MCE) to conduct a post evaluation survey for three major electrical projects funded by (JBIC) in Egypt. The objective of the survey is to evaluate the effectiveness of the projects after their completion to study their impact with relation to their preset goals and forecast their outcome on the electricity sector in the near future. |

Project Description |
This project comes under the support of the Government of Egypt for the installation and operation of wind parks for the environmentally sound production of electric power. The project area is located about 10 km north of Zafarana in Suez canal zone near the coastal road Suez-Hurghada and is funded by KfW . The project is divided into 3 phases , each phase will consist of installing a wind park with capacity of 20 - 25 MW consisting of several wind converters with individual installed capacities between 450 and 660KW each with complete infrastructure. The project consists of the following measures : - Installations of wind energy converters - Transformer Stations - O & M training - 22 kv cable connection - Erection of control and monitoring equipment - Monitoring and evaluation of operation data during the warranty period |
