Project Description |
The building have been constructed within the Ministry's complex, on an area of 7500 m2 to serve about 700 persons. The total built area is 4500 m2, divided between 10 floors, while the rest of the area is used for parking spaces and green areas. The new building have been connected to the main building of the Ministry. |

Project Description |
Development of a Master Plan for the University Campus on 150 ha expandable to 250 ha and planned to be constructed in two phases for a capacity of 60 thousand students in total , in such a way that the university may be fully functional after construction of the first phase. Structural planning of university campus to include the following faculties in the first phase : Agriculture, Veterinary Medicine, Science and Technology, Medicine, Engineering and Dams, in the first phase in addition to Administration and facilities. The second phase is planned to include the following faculties: Monuments and museums, Literature and Language arts, Dentistry, Nursing, Administrative Sciences, Feqh and Shariaah, Education, Physical Education, Art, Tourism and hotels, in addition to a training center, laboratories, student dorms and facilities. The campus will also accommodate sport field and sporting facilities, a theatre, a farm for the faculty of Agriculture, Horse stables, university hospital and veterinary hospital. |

Project Description |
Luxurious office building constructed on a land area of 6455 m2. The floor area is about 1620 m2, having a basement, ground floor and six typical floors of Office Space. The building is designed and constructed to two stages, the first stage included the design and construction of the basement, ground and first floor. Then the second stage is the other floors. The Basement is used for parking garage and services. The ground floor accommodates the Chairman office and secretariat, meeting room and a multi purpose hall for 100 persons in addition to offices. The first floor includes several administration offices. |

The aim of this project is to study the technical and financial feasibility of constructing a new residential, administrative and commercial center in place of its existing premises. The new project consists of under ground car parking, commercial floors, administrative floors all on full land area and six residential towers 8 floors each. |
